Studio Website FAQs

The studio website (through Music Teachers Helper or MTH) is a way to facilitate communication between current students and teacher, and also acts as an information resource for families. While I welcome questions via phone or e-mail, many technical questions may be answered by searching for it on the website after you log in to your MTH account. This may include the following (click to expand):

How do I log in to the MTH website?
How do I reset my password?
How do I view studio documents? (studio policy, tuition plan/calendar, swap list, etc.)
How much do I owe and when is it due?
I forgot to bring my payment to the lesson. How can I send you my payment?
When is my lesson time? How do I check to see when my lessons are scheduled? (Helpful for holidays and breaks)
We cannot make a scheduled lesson. How do I reschedule? Can I swap with another student?
When/what time is the studio recital? (and other important events)

The MTH website is not perfect and there may be some glitches here and there. Please do not hesitate to contact me in case of any technical difficulties. Also, please take the time to explore the website in order to take advantage of it’s features – including the practice log, among others!
